How do I preserve the beautiful red color of a manzanita branch that has been cut from the tree?
I want to use it for a wall hanging, and don’t want the wood to turn grey.
Oil it with Neutral Swedish Oil. Something like Watco makes. The oil locks in the natural oils and colors.
