I need to find vegetarian dishes for a meat lover?
I love meat… I could eat only meat… but I can see the effects it is having on me. I am trying to switch my diet over to 80-90% vegetarian with some fish and poultry.
Does anyone have a source for vegetarian dishes that are geared toward meat lovers? or at least come closer to having meat in the diet?
I am a HUGE egg eater, so I am switching to tofu, but I need to find a way to flavor the tofu somewhat. At least then I could make mock scrambled eggs.
Books, web sites… any source for info would be great.

My boys absolutely love my bella burger- it is a porta bella marinated in soy sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, garilc, worchestershire sauce – served with steak sauce- my son (who hates mushrooms) ate it without even a second thought.
