Which type of magnet is stronger: ceramic or neodymium?

I’m getting materials for this Instructable (http://www.instructables.com/id/S1H2TX5FEXDF24X/) and want to know whether to get ceramic or neodymium magnets.

The neodymium-boron-iron alloy magnet is the strongest permanent manget type known. I have one weighing about 100 g and it’s dangerously powerful. One drawback of these magnets is that they are fairly brittle and therefore prone to shattering.
