can zebra finches,budgies,fischers lovebirds and cockatiels all cope with the uk winter climate?

i am going to be getting the following species of birds to house in my outside avairy when it gets a bit warmer which has a coverd roof and i will cover some of the sides with plastic sheeting when winter comes i wil give the birds roosting boxes made of thick wood with perches in the birds i want to keep are budgies,cockatiels,zebra finches and fischers lovebirds

Having bred all the species you have mentioned here in the U.K.The answer is “YES” and we have had some hard winters in the North East of England’
You only need to cover your aviary in Winter ,for this purpose I made removable Panels of plastic sheeting,the rest of the year the sides were open.
In the very harshest of conditions which we get then you will need a Tubular Greenhouse type heater with a thermostat or timer control in side the shed.
A minimum temperature of at least 5-10.c.is the best .
You will need various types of nesting boxes and nest materials’
As this seems to be your first venture into bird keeping I suggest that you buy a book on Bird Breeding and keeping or go along to your local library and borrow or order one.
Do not mix Lovebirds of any species with Cockatiel, Budgies and Finches as they most certainly will attack and maybe Kill them.
Always have perches of various thickness and size,
If you know of any bird keepers liveing in your area these are the people that will give you more help and advice.
