Kaytee or Wild Harvest as base food for cockatiel?

I live in a very rural area what some would call “God’s country” and I’m low to moderate income. This gal I know had a cockatiel and she didn’t want it anymore and I felt sorry for it and took it as she rarely cleaned the cage and fed it wild bird seed and nothing else so I took it. I don’t have access to any pet shop unless I drive at least 120 miles each way. All I have is a huge Walmart supercenter and a couple grocery stores and two pharmacies. The grocery stores sell only Hartz which I know is bad. Walmart sells Kaytee and Wild Harvest which looks alot better. I can’t buy pellets and I won’t ship in food as I don’t have the money to do so. Which one is better of the two seed mixes I can buy? So far she will only eat a little fresh apple and peas which are frozen but I let them thaw and then heat them. I’m trying different foods but so far only seed mix and apple and peas. Seed mix is her base diet and that’s just how it is. I got a cuttlebone and mineral block for her.

Kaytee would be #1, and Hartz #2. It isn’t really that bad. I’ve never heard of Wild Harvest, so I don’t know.
