What is the easiest way to remove door molding in order to install insulation strips?

I am trying to install new collapsible weatherstripping in my exterior doors. It’s a new vinyl type very similar to the old metal stripping, but you need to place it underneath the edge of the door molding.
I hope someone can help me out. Please respond as soon as you can, for it’s beginning to feel allot like Xmas!

first thing is take a knife and cut the caulking on each side of the trim. then simply take a thin prybar and pry it off. just be sure to work it evenly so you don’t break the molding.
