My pet cockatiel (bird) has an open fracture. What should i do?

My cockatiel was bit by my macaw earlier today. The macaw wripped the cockatiel’s foot open and crushed the bones in his feet! Now he cannot move his foot, but he can move his leg. :’(. What should I do besides going to a vet because my dad refuses to take him to a vet? And will he survive?
