im trying to make pizza bagels… can i put the cardboard in the microwave?
Im trying to make myself pizza bagels for lunch. I want to cook them in the microwave. The directions for microwave say this:
-Remove 1 tray from the box and plastic wrapper
-Place tray in the microwave oven
and so on
They come on a cardboard shiny tray wrappen in plastic. am i supposed to (take plastic of first of course) then put the tray in? i dont want it to catch on fire
Yes, put the shiny tray in. It’s specially made to be microwave safe and the shiny side helps retain the heat and cook it. I used to get those little single serve frozen pizzas and that’s how they came, they don’t catch on fire since it’s not really foil.
