Buying an electric airsoft gun, $100-$200, what kind of gun should I get?

I do air soft wars with my buddies all the time. But all I have are spring pistols and a spring shot gun. I’m planning on buying an electric one. $100-$200 dollars, and I want either +300fps, or dead on accuracy. Or both, hahahaha. Any ways, I want to know what KIND of gun is best. Ak-47, Tommy gun, idk, just want good quality. Links, tips, Any thing. Please help
