What is a healthy bird SEED for sun conures?

i am going with Harrison’s pellet food, but i heard that you need to mix some type of seed with that.

Well I give my birds an 80/20 mix of pellet to seed. You also need to give your bird fresh fruits and veggies in addition to the pellet and seed. For a conure you can use a good cockatiel mix of seed. Zupreem and Kaytee are good brands you can try. Here is a link to safe foods you can give your bird.
