I have 4 pets (2 birds 1 dog) I want 1 more. A ferret! How can I convince my dad to let me get him?

I know what your thinking 2+1=3 well the other dog is my step family’s so I don’t take responsibility. How can i convince my dad to let me get him. I researched them a little bit.

yeh ferrets are awesome…i have 2…ace and otis….and im like 99.9% sure that ferrets aren’t rodents?????? They are actually really closely related to canines….but anyways….do tons and tons of research and then decide if u still want ferrets….they are really a lot of work….and ferrets do mess up wiring because my ferret chewed through a speaker wire.
